| HAUS OF NOMADS TRAVEL Terms & Conditions |
Agreement Overview:
By engaging with HON (hereafter referred to as "the Agency"), you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Your acknowledgment is confirmed upon acceptance of our engagement letter.
1. Role as Agent:
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and various service providers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel-related services ("Suppliers"). The Agency is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these Suppliers.
2. Supplier Terms:
Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions, including policies on cancellations, refunds, and other matters. Clients are bound by these terms and are advised to review them carefully.
3. Assumption of Risk:
Travel involves inherent risks, including health hazards and unforeseen events. Clients assume full responsibility for understanding and accepting these risks.
4. Travel Documentation:
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all travel documents and for obtaining necessary identification, passports, visas, and compliance with health requirements. The Agency is not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance.
5. Payment Methods:
Clients are encouraged to use credit cards for travel-related purchases. The Agency facilitates transactions but is not liable for disputes; such matters should be addressed directly with the Suppliers.
6. Travel Insurance:
The Agency strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. However, the Agency does not guarantee the suitability or coverage of insurance products.
7. Identification Requirements:
Clients must comply with all identification requirements, including those mandated by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and international regulations.
8. Fees:
The Agency charges service fees based on the complexity and duration of travel arrangements. All fees are non-refundable and will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation of services.
9. Limitation of Liability:
The Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or the acts of Suppliers.
10. Claims and Disputes:
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the trip's conclusion. This agreement is governed by the laws of California, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
11. Authority to Contract:
The individual accepting these terms on behalf of a group or family confirms they have the authority to do so for all members of their party.
